We want you to be delighted with Orbita OS. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you used to purchase, or
- Contact our support team at soporte@orbitaos.com and we'll initiate the refund for you.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion if cancellation is requested after the initial 30-day window, at our discretion.
