Manifesto · by Antonio Huerta

A dreamer from México, building the future of restaurants in Europe.

Why I crossed an ocean to give hospitality the operating system it deserves.

Orbita OS
01

A dream that wouldn't sleep

I grew up in México with a stubborn dream: to learn the world's languages, meet the people building it, and create something that would genuinely help others. Not famous. Useful.

02

Crossing an ocean

I moved to Europe with two suitcases, no contacts, and a notebook full of ideas. I worked, I listened, I learned. Every kitchen, every dining room, every owner I met taught me the same thing: hospitality is the oldest industry on earth — and somehow the most underserved by software.

03

The craft deserves better

Restaurants juggle five vendors to do what should take one. They lose margin to bad inventory math. They burn out great people fighting tools instead of feeding guests. The craft deserves better. Not another POS. An operating system.

04

Why Orbita

An orbit is many things moving in concert around something that matters. Orbita OS unifies service, supply, finance and guest intelligence around the only thing that matters in a restaurant — the guest experience tonight, and the team that delivers it.

05

An invitation

If you cook, host, own, dream, or just love the way a great room feels — let's build something incredible together. From México, from Europe, from anywhere. The lights are on.

"If we ever meet — at a service, a coffee, a conference in Lausanne or México City — let's build something incredible together."

— Antonio Huerta, Founder & CEO
